About Us
We are a dog apparel and supply manufacturer focusing on breed appropriate supplies. We make technical apparel like winter coats, rain coats and collars designed for specific breeds.
When we started our main focus was on greyhounds and their special needs. Greyhounds have thin skin and very little body fat thus keeping them warm and dry is vital for their comfort. We discovered that our raincoats fit many other medium to large breeds, while working with equal sucess at keeping the dog dry and comfortable.
However, our stock coats should work well for any larger sight hound, including: Saluki, Borzoi, Afghan, Large Whippet, and etc.
Shipping
- Our standard shipping method is via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping time averages 2-3 days within the continental US. We charge the approximate cost for shipping your order plus $1 US for handling. We will also email you a Priority Mail tracking number upon shipment. You can track your shipment here.
- We ship to anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and military addresses.
- We currently do not ship internationally except to Canada. Please contact us for shipment to Canada.
- We can ship in the US via FedEx or UPS via request. Note that these cost considerably more than Priority Mail.
- We will replace for free any lost shipments to the best of our ability. Please contact us within 10 business days of the original expected arrival date.
- We will replace any damaged shipments upon return shipment of the damaged items. Shipping damage claims must be made within 3 business days of delivery. Customers shall return damaged items at their own expense. We will then ship replacement goods for free and refund customer's return shipping costs.
- For replacement products, we will use alternative trims or fabrics if the original ones are no longer available.
Payments
- We accept online payment via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can signup here.
- We also accept USPS money orders and bank cashiers checks.
- We will accept personal checks, but your order will not be shipped until your check clears our bank.
- We charge sales tax of 8.25% for sales within California.
- Please contact us first if you are a reseller or have tax-exempt status.
Donations
Part of our sales go to rescuing retired racing greyhounds at Golden State Greyound Adoption.
Special Requests
We accept special requests and custom orders. We can adjust a design to fit your dog. Custom fabrics, custom design, or your ideas just ask -- we will tell you if we can produce it for you. Like a design, but want it in a fabric that is available only in other designs. We will make it for you. Would you like something out of a fabric that already have or can buy elsewhere? Ask Us.
Special Order Disclaimer
Special orders require a minimum of 50% of total order paid as a deposit when order is placed. Order may be cancelled within 7 days from date order was placed with a full refund of deposit. Orders cancelled after 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of lost materials due to cancellation. Special order products can not be returned without prior approval of the manufacturer. If any product purchased with a special order does not fit its intended original purpose, the manufacturer will with due diligence make any reasonable changes to the product to meet products original intended purpose.
